HOW TO INSTALL:

Download the file and unzip it.
Upload the Roka folder to your server. The correct location is src/addons/
From your Admin Control Panel, go to the "Add-ons " menu.
In Installable add-ons find [Roka] Cyrillic Rewrite Url 1.0.0
Click the Install button.
Go to ACP -> Setup-> Basic Board Information -> Scroll Down and be sure that Romanize Titles in URLs is checked.
